1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Smart Attendance App ("Application") provided by Megascale Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application. These terms apply to all users including employees, administrators, and organizations.

2. Description of Service

Smart Attendance App is a cloud-based workforce attendance management platform that enables organizations to track employee attendance, manage leaves, generate reports, and enforce geofencing-based check-ins. The service is provided on a subscription basis to registered organizations.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Providing accurate and truthful attendance data
• Not sharing account access with unauthorized individuals
• Promptly notifying administrators of any unauthorized access

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Proxy clock-ins or any form of attendance fraud
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the application
• Using the application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with application functionality
• Reselling or sublicensing the service without written authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Smart Attendance App including software, design, graphics, and text are the exclusive property of Megascale Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megascale Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding twelve (12) months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
